We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our returns policy for all orders placed on our online store.

Returns and Fees

  • Procedure: Please ensure you receive confirmation from us prior to arranging your return. No products will be received by us unless prior authorisation for the return is given.   


  • 14-Day Return Window: You may return unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.


  • Handling Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking the item.


  • Return Shipping: Return shipping can be arranged by us upon request.  The cost of shipping for a returned item are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to make use of your own courier services we recommend using a tracked and insured courier service to ensure the safe return of your products. 

Condition of Returned Items

Refunds and returns will be assessed once the product has been received and inspected at our warehouse. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a clear manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a refund or a replacement. Images and other supporting media may be requested to verify the legitimacy of such claim. 


  • Courier Damage: We are not responsible for any damage to products that occurs as a result of courier mishandling. We strongly recommend that you inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage to us and the courier company.

 

  • Private Collection/Arranged Courier: Products that are damaged as a result of private collection or  a privately arranged courier are not covered by our warranty or guarantee.
