Shipping policy
Order Processing
Our operating hours are Monday to Thursday between 08:30 and 16:00. On Fridays our hours are 08:30 to 15:30. Please note we are closed on public holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
We offer shipping to all major centres in South Africa and currently dont offer cross-boarder delivery or shipping. Please contact shop@rocol.co.za should you wish to enquire about purchasing outside of South Africa. All deliveries are handled and delivered by The Courier Guy for more details on destinations etc please visit their website at www.thecourierguy.co.za.
Orders will be processed and automatically charge the following delivery fees unless the collection option is selected on check out. The following rate are rates for delivery through South Africa, delivery times to destinations may differ and can be tracked using your waybill number.

Instore Pick-Up
We do offer a pick up option from our warehouse. Please note we do not offer a showroom or walking shop and we will only accept walk ins who have an order processed and have confirmation that their order is ready for collection.
Instore pickup via a courier service of your choice may also be arranged, however the same rules as above apply to courier collection. We will only accept courier services to collect once confirmation the order has been emailed and acknowledged that their order is ready for collection.
Specific times will be mentioned once orders have been processed. Please always double check the collection status of your order prior to collecting, contact us on shop@rocol.co.za for instruction.
We will not be held liable for any orders mis-delivered or mis-handled during delivery of products and orders collected by private courier services or services not specifically mentioned in these terms.
Order Status and Tracking
Tracking of orders can be done by using The Courier Guy website and using the waybill number you received after placing your order with our shore. Note that as our deliveries are handled by the third party before mentioned we have no control of your delivery once it has left our premises. All further tracking and planning will need to be arranged with The Courier Guy privately.
