A high performance, non-toxic silicone spray for use in a wide range of industrial applications and particularly as a mould release agent. The versatile metal detectable DETEX® mini-jet actuator produces a long reaching and finely atomised spray for the application of thin films at up to 80 cm. With high output for faster workflows.

Food Processing
ULTIMATE SILICONE Spray is suitable for lubrication in areas where incidental food contact may occur. Typical uses include links and pins, chutes, conveyors, food packaging equipment, and polymer components in hygienic environments. Please note that this product is not suitable for applications involving direct contact with food.
General Industrial Use
The spray also performs exceptionally well as a release agent or general-purpose lubricant in plastic and elastomer moulding processes. It can be used effectively on dynamic and static seals, polymer-to-metal contact surfaces, and high-volume production lines that require metal-detectable packaging.
